Who We Serve
We proudly support adults 18 years of age and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including individuals with Down syndrome and autism spectrum disorder. We currently accept the following ODP waivers:
- Community Living Waiver
- Consolidated Waiver
- P/FDS Waiver (Participant-Directed)

Homemaker/Chore Services
Assistance with household tasks and daily chores to help individuals maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
In-Home & Community Supports (IHCS)
Personalized support for daily living activities both at home and in the community, fostering greater independence and participation.
IHCS – Enhanced Services
Intensive, individualized supports for those with higher needs, providing comprehensive assistance to promote safety and well-being.
Companion Services
Meaningful companionship and social engagement to reduce isolation and support individuals in building community connections.
Respite Services
Temporary relief for primary caregivers, ensuring individuals continue to receive quality care while families recharge.
