Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Full-Time / Part-TimePhiladelphia & Southeast PA

Apply

Provide personalized in-home and community supports to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist with daily living activities, community participation, and skill-building in alignment with each individual's person-centered plan.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Valid PA driver's license preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Experience with IDD, autism, or Down syndrome a plus
Must pass background clearances (PA Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI)

Companion / Respite Worker

Part-Time / Per DiemPhiladelphia & Southeast PA

Provide companionship, social engagement, and temporary respite care for adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Build genuine relationships and support community inclusion.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Warm, patient, and dependable personality
Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
Must pass background clearances (PA Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI)

Homemaker / Chore Aide

Part-TimePhiladelphia & Southeast PA

Assist adults with developmental disabilities with household tasks including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and grocery shopping to help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Reliable and detail-oriented
Experience in home care or similar setting preferred
Must pass background clearances (PA Child Abuse, Criminal, FBI)
